By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations, including:

Visitors temporarily in BC can access services while in the province.

3. Eligibility for Services
To use A4HealthPlus™ virtual healthcare services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or have a legal guardian's consent if under 18).

Be a resident or visitor currently in British Columbia at the time of consultation.
By accessing our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Fees and Payment
Private Pay & Insurance Coverage

Clients are responsible for all fees associated with treatment.

Some private insurance plans may cover services, but A4HealthPlus does not guarantee coverage or reimbursement.
Payment Methods:

Secure online payment via credit card.

Direct billing may be available for select insurers (e.g., Manulife, Sun Life).
Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (equal to the session cost).

Refunds are not available for prepaid services unless cancelled within the permitted timeframe.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
A4HealthPlus is committed to protecting client privacy under BC PIPA and PIPEDA.
Collection & Use of Personal Health Information (PHI):

PHI is collected only when necessary to provide healthcare services.

Client consent is required for the collection, use, and disclosure of PHI.

Unauthorized use of the name A4HealthPlus™, logo, or any part of the platform may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
While A4HealthPlus provides high-quality healthcare, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Healthcare results may vary by individual.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A4HealthPlus is not liable for:

Dissatisfaction with services.

Technical failures or service interruptions.

Unauthorized misuse of information by clients (e.g., sharing session recordings).

Financial losses or denied insurance claims.
8. Professional Standards & Licensing
A4HealthPlus practitioners:

Are licensed professionals operating in British Columbia.

Adhere to BC healthcare regulations.

Are accountable to BC’s College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSBC) if providing care to BC patients.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of British Columbia.
Dispute Resolution Process:

Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
10. Record Retention Policy
Medical records are retained for a minimum of 16 years after the last patient interaction, in compliance with BC laws.
