Travel Medicine / $105 CAD
Consultation / 60-min
Expert travel health advice, risk assessment, and prescriptions to keep you safe during international travel.
Form/Attestation / $150 CAD
Completion (non-report)
Short: (no detail, no additional exam required) covers a brief assessment and, if clinically appropriate, completion of a simple 1–2 page attestation.
